Career Planning Session

$50.00

Working sucks. Working a job that works your nerves sucks even more.

And if you're anything like the people I usually talk to, you've probably said at least one of these:

"I can't do this anymore."

"There has to be something better."

"I don't even know what else I qualify for."

Here's the funny part...

I bet I could tell you three job roles you qualify for right now that you didn't even know existed.

A lot of people aren't actually short on options. They just don't know what their options are.

You know the jobs you've already had. You know the obvious next step from those jobs. And when it's time to look for something new, you end up searching the same handful of job titles at different companies because... what else are you supposed to type in the search bar?

That's what we're figuring out.

We're going to talk through what you've actually done throughout your career, the skills you've picked up along the way, what you're good at, what you're tired of doing, and what you want your next job to look like.

Then I'll connect some dots.

We'll identify transferable skills you may not have realized could take you somewhere else and explore career paths that make sense based on the experience you already have.

I'm not reviewing your résumé in this session. We're figuring out where your experience can take you.

What your dollars get you:

  • One-on-one career planning session

  • Deep dive into your work history, education, experience, and the skills you've picked up along the way

  • Identification of transferable skills you may not realize you have

  • Conversation about what you want and don't want from your next job

  • At least three specific job roles you may qualify for or have a realistic path toward

  • Explanation of why those roles make sense based on your background

  • Starting job titles and career directions you can research after our session

  • A clearer direction for what your next move could actually look like

Just because you've always done it doesn't mean you're supposed to keep doing it.
