Unshaken Audacity started with a sentence I had been saying for years:

“Just send me your resume.”

Long before this was a business, I was the person friends, classmates, and coworkers called when they were ready for something different. Sometimes they needed help with a resume. Sometimes they needed to prepare for an interview. And sometimes the conversation turned into, “Wait. What do you actually want to do?”

That question changed everything.

Because finding another job isn't always the answer. Sometimes you need a better opportunity. A stronger strategy. A new direction. A bigger network. Or simply someone in your corner who can help you recognize that you have more options than you think.

My own career has taken me across different roles, organizations, and areas of nursing, and every move has taught me something about navigating opportunity, recognizing when it's time to grow, and building a career that works for your life instead of arranging your entire life around your job.

That became the foundation for Unshaken Audacity.
